We have been manufacturing machinery for rubber industry since 1953, both for laboratory and production use. We are specialised in the manufacturing of internal mixers (tangential, intermeshing – also with variable clearance) and open mills.

Rebuilt

Thanks to our skills and over 30 years’ experience in rebuilding of machinery involved in rubber industry, we have been able to rebuild more than 100 types of machines belonging to the main OEMs.

ENGINEERING AND CUSTOMIZATION

All our machines are engineered through continuous exchange and technical comparison with our customers. We study solutions that meet the specific needs of production spaces, production efficiency, regulations and standards, such as ATEX regulations.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

We carry out thorough scheduled inspections of machines to check their wear and tear, issuing a detailed report of the values recorded at the end, supplemented with photos and evaluation notes useful for the customer in order to decide on the next steps to take.

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

We support the customer with routine activities that need to be carried out in order to assure to the customer the good and correct functioning of the machines. The frequency of these activities changes according to the machine and its condition.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

We intervene within a few hours to repair breakdowns and/or anomalies that may occur suddenly on the machines, trying to fix immediately the problem in first instance where it’s possible and, if not, to minimise the problem as much as possible while waiting to solve it definitively.

SPARE PARTS

In addition to the production of new spare parts, including those of other OEMs, in our stock we have available types of second-hand spare parts, ready to be used by our customers in case of sudden breakdowns, thus avoiding or reducing their production stoppages.
